Relocating? Let me be your guide
When moving to a new area, you may have an overwhelming amount of things on your mind: a different job, different schools, a different church, different daily routines, and last but not least, finding a new place for your family to live. At Target Cost Realty, LLC, I understand this, and I am an expert in relocation. I have a long history of finding buyers the right home by going through a very specific checklist to help you efficiently narrow your options.
When relocating, you often don't have the time to look at every conceivable area listing. At best, you might have the time to see 20 to 25, so whittle down the list first thing with these tips:

- Send me two lists a few days before arriving: One should be of things you must have. The other should be for optional things you want. When a house can't fulfill your basic needs, we can naturally cross it off the list.
- Know your budget. If you are getting a mortgage, have your pre-approved amount beforehand so we can eliminate homes which exceed your budget.
- Take into account drive time to your job or other activities. Traffic around could be different than what you're used to, so tell me how much time you're ready to spend travelling each day.
I can send you my top recommendations before we meet in person. Or if you've already started your search, let me know what you've found. While seeing listing photos on the web is great, there's nothing like walking through homes in person. I can schedule any necessary appointments and map a route. If we work efficiently, we could visit 8 to 10 homes in a single day.
