Acknowledging this assists us in determining what measures we can take to entice buyers from the street and into your house. If your home isn't the best it can look on the outside with refreshed paint and blooming garden plants it's time to get those things done. Could a buyer see themselves lounging in your living space, reading a good book in your master bedroom or hosting a dinner in your dining room? I want your Open House to pleasantly accept buyers and offer them a sense of ease. I'll help you achieve this by suggesting changes that enhance the features of your house. I'll advise you put out of sight anything that gives the illusion of clutter. Surface areas like tables, desks and counters should be cleared off. Knickknacks, souvenirs, family photos, and refrigerator drawings should get moved out of sight. I can help you de-clutter your house. Ugly or dirty areas make your home seem less spacious and buyers have a harder time imagining themselves living there.

Every room gets a once-over. Improvements that directly affect your dollars include fixable like pieces of furniture that should get removed, rooms that need neutral paint, carpet that needs to be steamed, fixtures that need replacing, and windows that need washing

I'll make sure your house is appealing and that it's inviting, steering clear of "loud" or "too-bright" shades on the walls and furniture. And if you've already moved out, you can consider renting furnishings. The goal is for your house to look homey as opposed to cold and deserted.

The entire time your house in on the market, we want to capture buyers' attention. Dark living areas can really dampen a buyer's spirits, so we'll do things like draw back curtains and create light where needed to welcome the buyer. Together we'll enhance the air of the house with enjoyable music playing softly and ensure a nice aroma flows throughout your home. We'll include cozy-looking bedspreads, and throw pillows on your couch and bedding. We want buyers to feel like your current house is their future home.
